Access and the session

The proposed solution uses ANPR cameras and barriers. The camera identifies the vehicle and the system checks access rules. The location page specifies session start and end and how missing readings are handled.

Rates and free parking

Each location must display its final rate in MDL, charging unit, rounding, included taxes and free parking conditions. The website simulator is illustrative and is not a contractual rate.

If free parking requires validation, explain it before use. Example wording, not an active offer: “You receive 30 free minutes after validating your visit using the method specified for this car park.”

Payment and exit

The location page identifies the payment recipient, processor, available methods and time allowed to exit after payment. Drivers check their plate and session before paying.

Errors and breakdowns

For an incorrect reading, failed payment, possible duplicate charge or a barrier that does not open, use the support contact displayed at the location. Provide the car park, time and transaction reference if available. Do not force the barrier or send full card details.

A complaint requests a review of the situation. It does not constitute an approved refund. Any refund is determined following verification and applicable rights.
