This version of the website does not collect payments. The processor, payment recipient, confirmation and refund conditions will be identified for the active parking service.

You can prepare a request about an incorrect plate reading, failed payment, possible duplicate charge or refund. Describe the issue without a full card number, CVV, PIN or copies of identity documents.
