The informational website

Forms ask for your name, email and relevant request details. They prepare a message in your email app. This website's code does not submit the form to a database or store its content in the browser. Data reaches the recipient after you send the email.

Do not provide unnecessary information in free-text fields. The hosting service may process technical data separately; those operations must be checked and described in the final version.

The app and ANPR

Depending on the configuration, the parking service may process number plates, relevant images, entry and exit times, validations, permits, and session and payment information. These categories do not mean that all data is collected at every location.

Purposes and legal bases

Possible purposes include access management, providing the parking service, payment verification and handling requests. A specific applicable legal basis must be established for each operation. Entering a car park is not general consent to use personal data.

Retention, recipients and transfers

The final policy must identify suppliers, recipients, retention periods or criteria and international transfers, including applicable safeguards. We do not claim that data remains in Moldova or publish unconfirmed periods.

Your rights

You may request information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing, subject to applicable conditions. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may lodge a complaint with CNPDCP.
