A request concerning your data

Use the form to prepare a request for access, rectification, erasure or another applicable right. Identify the relevant location and period if your request concerns a parking session.

Requests are assessed under the law. Erasure does not automatically apply to all data in every situation. Any additional information needed to identify you must be limited to what is necessary.

Law No. 195/2024 provides for notification of the handling of a request without undue delay, within one month, with extensions possible under the statutory conditions. The form does not send your request automatically; you must send the email.
