A residential car park serves people who return every day, as well as visitors, couriers and suppliers. The administrator needs clear rules on who can enter and how long their authorisation lasts. When a resident changes their car or a permit expires, the list must be updated without affecting everyone else’s access.
AI Car Parking proposes barriers and ANPR cameras that identify vehicles and check authorisation against the development’s rules. We assess access points and vehicle routes before positioning the equipment. The system adapts to the existing car park and the conditions set by the administrator.
For residents, we organise authorised plate lists and validity periods. For visitors, we define a separate temporary-access procedure. If the location uses NFC or QR validation, we establish who can grant access and which limits apply. We do not automatically consider every vehicle approaching the entrance authorised.
The client portal is being integrated and is prepared for managing lists belonging to car parks assigned to an account. Activation requires connection to the operational system and permission checks. Together, we define procedures for special situations, emergency interventions and breakdowns. Our team’s experience helps connect the equipment to the way the community uses the car park, with a focus on organised access and clear administration.
